The location was favourable and strategic, and we could reach a themed museum by walking. Furthermore, near by the local attraction.

It had a good and strategic location - near Jatim Park I. Views of the surrounding mountains were DELIGHTFUL, the room was reasonably spacious and warm.

Everything was spot on.

We enjoyed the complementary apple chips and the spacious room with a good view. The location was great, very close to popular tourist attractions. the hotel offers laundry services at an affordable price.

The food lacked flavor and the breakfast refill time was too slow. The towels hanger at our room was already broken and almost fell out of the wall.

The staff members were very polite and accommodating. The hotel's location was convenient and the ambiance was comfortable. We enjoyed the high speed internet and the delicious breakfast with a nice view from the coffee house.

The building quality was below average, as we could hear our neighbors talking and noise from the parking lot. Our room had several defects such as a broken AC, broken exhaust fan, and a broken window slide, which indicated that the room was not properly inspected before our arrival.

The hotel was situated in an excellent location with breathtaking mountain views, and it was within walking distance to the popular Angkut Museum. The room was tastefully furnished and had a comfortable and ergonomic chair. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of food, including traditional snacks. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The pool area was not well maintained, and there were leaves and flowers in the water.

I had a pleasant stay at Aston Inn in Batu. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the Museum Angkot and other attractions. The twin standard room was comfortable, clean, and had a beautiful view from the balcony. The staff at the restaurant were helpful and the breakfast atmosphere was enjoyable. The hotel also offered bike rentals and was accessible for online vehicles.

I did have a few minor issues during my stay. The cleanliness of the room could be improved, especially underneath the sofa which was quite dirty.
